Project Description: Schnabel value-engineered the design and construction of this permanent soldier beam, tieback, and shotcrete-faced wall for a savings of over $200,000.  The wall was constructed for a future dormitory’s underground parking garage.

The new wall has a total surface area of around 25,000 square feet and is up to 41 feet deep.  A portion of the wall extends up to 15 feet above the ground surface behind the wall.
